摘 要:水稻株型是重要产量决定因素,通过三亚和哈尔滨连续三年表型鉴定,分析水稻分蘖数、分蘖角度和株高QTL。结果表明,三性状受环境影响较小,株高和分蘖数在不同环境下相关性显著。qPH7和qTN7-1位于同一标记区间,且在多环境中稳定表达,贡献率超过20%,是与株型连锁的主效位点。性状表型和遗传相关具有一致性,且性状表型变异主要受基因型控制,但qPH7、qPH12、qTN7-1、qTA8和qTA12具有基因×环境互作效应。结论可为水稻株型分子聚合理论提供参考及依据。The plant type of rice is important for rice yield,through the phenotypic identification of Sanya and Harbin cities for three consecutive years,the three plant type components of rice tiller number(TN),tiller angle(TA)and plant height(PH)were investigated and were QTL analyzed.The results showed that the three traits were less affected by environment,and pH and TN were significantly correlated in different environments.qPH7 and qTN7-1 were located in the same marker interval and were stably expressed in multiple environments with a contribution rate of more than 20%,which was a major QTL linked to the plant type.The phenotypic correlation between pH and TN,TN and TA was consistent with genetic correlation.The analysis of generalized heritability showed that the phenotypic variation of the three traits were mainly controlled by genotypic variation,but qPH7,qPH12,qTN7-1,qTA8 and qTA12 had QTL×environmental interaction effects.These conclusions could be used as the theoretical reference and basis for molecular polymerization of plant type.
