摘 要:随着我国经济高速稳定的发展,道路危险货物运输需求不断增大。根据区域道路危险货物运输的实际特点,将政府监管因素融入运力子系统之中,构建区域危险货物运输系统动力学模型,再结合实际生产和调研数据进行参数设计。结果表明,政府加大对企业和企业车辆的监管会降低区域危险货物运输运力水平,进而降低区域危险货物运输供需水平,提高行业车辆利用程度和运力结构将会有效提升两者水平。With the rapid and stable development of China’s economy,the demand for dangerous goods transportation on the road continues to expand.According to the actual characteristics of regional road dangerous goods transportation,the government supervision factors are integrated into the transportation subsystem,and the dynamic model of regional dangerous goods transportation system is constructed.The parameters are designed based on actual production and survey data.The conclusions show that the government’s increased supervision of enterprises and enterprise vehicles will reduce the level of regional dangerous goods transportation capacity,thereby reducing the supply and demand level of regional dangerous goods transportation,and improving the vehicle utilization and capacity structure of the industry will effectively raise the level of both.
