摘　　要：目的:研究血管造影设备锥形束计算机断层摄影(CBCT)在重建三维血管图像算法中的滤波器设计。方法:设计基于Shepp-Logan滤波函数的组合滤波器,包括平滑与截止滤波函数和高频增强滤波函数。采用一种新的组合滤波函数,消除血管图像周边伪影,增强血管边缘,得到更高图像质量的三维血管图像;使用NeuAngio30C血管造影系统进行血管CBCT三维扫描,对扫描数据进行三维重建,滤波函数的参数简明易调节,医生对三维重建结果进行效果评审得到最优参数,并与改进前的滤波器重建结果进行比较。结果:设计的组合滤波器,重建得到的断层图像中血管部分周边伪影较少,边缘清晰、血管完整,三维血管效果良好。结论:所设计的组合滤波函数可起到增强血管的作用,使三维血管成像效果更好,有助于临床诊断与治疗。Objective: To study and explore the design of filter in reconstruction 3 dimension(3D) algorithm of cone beam computed tomography(CBCT) of angiography equipment. Methods: A combined filter based on SheppLogan filter function was designed, and it included smoothing and cut-off filter function, and high frequency enhanced filter function. A new combined filter function was adopted to eliminate the peripheral artifacts of vascular image, and enhance the edge of vascular image, and obtain the 3D vascular image with higher image quality. NeuAngio 30 C angiography system was used to implement CBCT 3D scan, and carry out 3D reconstruction for scan data. The parameters of filter function are simple and easy to be adjusted. Doctors obtained the optimal parameters by evaluating the effect of the results of 3D reconstruction and compared them with the reconstructed results before the filter was improved. Results: The peripheral artifacts of blood vessel were less in the reconstructed cross-sectional images of the designed filter, and the edge of images was clear, the blood vessel of images was intact, and the effect of 3D blood vessel was favorable. Conclusion: The newly combined filter function is effective in enhancing blood vessels, and it makes the effect of 3D blood vessel is better, and it is contributive to the diagnosis and treatment of doctors. It has important clinical significance.
