摘　　要：目的:开发三维咬合评价系统,用于颞下颌关节紊乱病(TMD)患者咬合检查评价计算机辅助临床诊断。方法:基于立体光刻(STL)文件格式牙模型数据和医学影像交互开发包(MITK)类库,对TMD患者咬合特征进行量化计算,最终得到咬合关系的模拟显示,利用软件手段,通过特征定量计算来反映患者咬合情况。结果:通过三维咬合评价系统计算及模拟显示,得到了反映TMD患者咬合距离的定量特征,方便、直观地展现了TMD咬合关系。结论:TMD咬合检查的三维咬合评价系统创新地使用了量化特征描述咬合关系,能够为临床医师和TMD患者提供有效的辅助诊断手段。Objective: To develop an evaluation system of three-dimensional(3 D) occlusion for evaluating occlusa examinations of patients with temporomandibular disorders(TMD) so as to assist the clinical diagnosis. Methods: Based on the data of dental cast in Stereo Lithographic(STL) format and the medical imaging interaction toolkit(MITK) class library, the occlusal feature of patients with TMD were quantitatively calculated, and then the simulated display of occlusion relationship was obtained finally. By software means, the occlusion conditions of patients were reflected through quantitative calculation of features. Results: Through calculation and simulated display of the evaluation system of 3 D occlusion, the quantitative feature that reflected occlusal distance of patients with TMD was obtained. And the occlusion relationship of TMD was more conveniently and intuitively displayed. Conclusion: The evaluation system of 3 D occlusion for occlusion examination of TMD innovatively uses quantitative feature to describe occlusion relationship, which can provide a powerfully auxiliary diagnosis method for clinicians and patients with TMD.
