摘  要:目的:设计基于磁导航技术的磁性液囊空肠营养管,以便缩短空肠营养管的飘管时间。方法:根据磁导航技术原理,结合液囊空肠营养管的结构特征,利用纳米铁氧体粒子制备的磁流体替代高渗液体填充液囊,作为感应磁体。导航磁体采用N45钕铁硼永磁材料加工而成,利用电子万能试验机对导航磁体与磁流体之间的磁力学性能进行测试。结果:含纳米铁氧体粒子的磁流体可顺利注射入空肠营养管的液囊内,5 ml的磁流体与导航磁体之间的最大吸力为12.33 N,磁流体与导航磁体之间的磁性吸引力随着二者之间的距离增大呈下降趋势。磁流体与导航磁体之间的吸力与磁流体量密切相关。结论:磁导航液囊空肠营养管在导航磁体的作用下,二者之间可产生一定的磁性吸引力,该磁力可作为空肠营养管的前行动力,能够辅助空肠营养管快速到达目标位置。Objective: To design jejunal nutrition tube with magnetic liquid in capsule based on magnetic navigation technique so as to shorten the floating time of jejunal nutrition tube. Methods: According to the principle of magnetic navigation technique to combine with the structural characteristics of jejunal nutrition tube with liquid capsule, and to utilize magnetofluid that was prepared by nano-ferrite particles as induction magnet for replacing hypertonic liquid that filled in liquid capsule. The navigated magnet was made by using N45 NdFeB permanent magnet material. And the magnetomechanical performance between the navigated magnet and the magnetofluid were tested by the electronic universal testing machine. Results: The magnetofluid which contained nano-ferrite particles could be successfully injected into the liquid capsule of jejunal nutrient tube. The maximum attraction between 5 mL magnetofluid and navigated magnet was 12.33 N, and the magnetic attraction between them tended to decline with increasing of the distance between magnetofluid and navigated magnet. And the magnetic attraction between magnetofluid and navigated magnet was closely related with the volume of magnetofluid. Conclusion: Under the force of the navigated magnet, the jejunal nutrition tube with magnetic liquid in capsule and navigated magnet can produce a certain magnetic attraction, which can be used as the forward force of jejunal nutrition tube, and can assist the jejunal nutrition tube to reach the target position quickly.
