摘  要:目的:基于医院资源规划(HRP)管理系统,搭建手术室高值耗材寄售管理平台,实现手术室高值耗材的实时化、信息化和规范化管理。方法:高值耗材寄售管理平台采用客户机与服务器(C/S)和浏览器与服务器(B/S)结合模式,应用Android平台设计,与医院办公自动化(OA)系统、医院信息系统(HIS)及财务系统等数据对接;建立高值耗材寄售申领管理、采购订单、二级库管理、查询与报表等平台功能,应用掌上电脑(PDA)扫码关联患者、高值耗材及使用者信息,实现对寄售高值耗材的动态闭环管理。选取2018年1-6月医院高值耗材寄售管理平台应用前在用的153种292个规格的高值耗材使用频次数据及管理平台应用后的2018年7-12月相关数据,对比分析平台应用前后高值耗材盘库效率、记账准确率和相关护理差错情况。结果:应用高值耗材寄售管理平台后的日盘库时间和周盘库时间明显比应用前减少,其差异有统计数意义(t=2.7,t=1.9;P<0.05);应用后扫码关联记账准确率明显比应用前提高,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=47.794,P<0.05);因核对、资质、效期和供应不及时导致的护理差错不良事件发生数量明显减少,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=2.31,x^2=1.62,x^2=2.08,x^2=2.79;P<0.05)。结论:基于HRP管理系统构建手术室高值耗材寄售管理平台模式,能提高高值耗材管理效率,促进高值耗材管理的数字化建设和发展。Objective: To build a consignment sales management platform of high-value consumables of operating room based on the hospital resource planning(HRP) management system so as to realize the real-time, informatization and standardized management of high-value consumables of operating room. Methods: The consignment sales management platform adopted binding mode of client-server(C/S) and browser-server(B/S), and used Android platform in design, and connected with the data of office automation(OA) system, hospital information system(HIS) and financial system of hospital. And it established series of platform functions included application management of consignment sales, purchase order, management of secondary warehouse, inquire and report forms of high-value consumables, and it used personal digital assistant(PDA) to scan and relate with patients, high-value consumables and information of user. Finally, it realized dynamic closed-loop management for the consignment sales of high-value consumables. The data of usage frequency of 153 kinds(292 specifications) of used high-value consumables pre using consignment sales management platform of high-value consumables of hospital during January 2018 and June 2018, and that post using this platform during July 2018 and December 2018 were selected. The efficiency of taking stock, accuracy of recording account and errors of relevant nurse care between pre and post application of this platform were compared and analyzed. Results: In the comparison pre and post using platform, the daily time of taking stock and weekly time of taking stock post using this platform were significantly higher than those pre using it(t=2.7, t=1.9, P<0.05), respectively. And the difference of the accuracy of recording accounts with scanning code between pre and post using this platform was significantly(x^2=47.794, P<0.05).
