摘　　要：以Digital Diagnostic TH DR设备场地规划建设和Definium 6000 DR设备系统结构为例,系统总结自主搬迁过程中如何正确评估自主搬迁可行性、机房规划建设、设备拆卸和搬运以及设备安装调试与验收等工作流程管理。实践证明,经过精心组织、周密安排可确保实施流程的每项工作按照计划安全有序推进,保证设备自主搬迁工作的顺利完成。In this paper, Philips Digital Diagnostic TH digital radiography(DR) equipment and General Electric Definium 6000 DR equipment were used as examples to systematically and comprehensively summarize how to correctly assess the feasibility, the planning construction of machine room, equipment disassembling and transferring, equipment installation and debugging, and acceptance check etc. of autonomous removal in the process of autonomous removal. The practice has proved that well organization and thorough arrangement can ensure each work is safely and orderly promoted as plan and can guarantee the successful completion of the autonomous removal of equipment.
