摘　　要：研究设计一种由充气装置和异物取出装置组成的充气式耳鼻异物取出器。将异物取出器伸进耳鼻内腔后采用充气方式,使异物取出器的弹性球囊充气成"伞"型或"钩"型,再将整体装置向外拔出即可顺带出异物。经临床测试该充气式耳鼻异物取出器能够取出患者耳鼻等腔内的微小异物,具备操作简单、使用方便,无需精细操作即可完成取出异物的功能。An air-filled protractor for ear or nose that is consisted of air-filled device and withdrawing device for foreign matter is researched and designed. After this protractor is putted in interior of the cavity of ear or nose, the air-filled model is adopted to inflate the elastic cavity of protractor as "umbrella" form or "hook" form, and then the foreign matter can be taken out from ear or nose when whole device was pulled out outward. The results of clinical test indicate that this protractor can take out the tiny foreign matter in the cavity of the patient’s ear or nose or other cavities. It has series of functions include simple operation, convenient use, and can complete the operation of taking out the foreign matter without fine operation.
