“三增加”改良胶原酶溶解上下会师注射术治疗巨大腰椎间盘脱出的中期疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价“三增加”改良胶原酶溶解上下会师注射术治疗巨大腰椎间盘脱出症的中期疗效.方法对经过“三增加”治疗的367例巨大腰椎间盘脱出患者进行随访,根据视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分采用MacNab疗效评价标准进行评价中期疗效.结果“三增加”改良胶原酶溶解术治疗巨大腰椎间盘脱出术后1年、2年、3年的平均有效率分别为85.4%、87.7%、89.6%.结论“三增加”设计改良传统胶原酶溶解术在治疗巨大腰椎间盘脱出患者的术后中期疗效较为明确,可作为巨大腰椎间盘脱出患者临床治疗的选择方案.Objective To evaluate the mid-term effect of improved collagenase chemonucleolysis combined with upper and lower injection in the treatment of large lumbar disc herniation.Methods 367 patients with large lumbar disc herniation who underwent the treatment were followed up.The mid-term efficacy was evaluated using the MacNab efficacy evaluation criteria according to the visual analogue scale(VAS)score.Results The average effective rate of modified collagenase chemonucleolysis for 1 year,2 years and 3 years after the treatment was 85.4%,87.7% and 89.6%,respectively.Conclusion The postoperative mid-term efficacy of modified collagenase chemonucleolysis for treated patients is clear.And thus modified collagenase chemonucleolysis can be used as a clinical treatment option for patients with large lumbar disc herniation.
