摘　　要：从原料及生产工艺控制等方面着手,应用危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析方法,对聚醚装置聚合单元在生产运行中潜在的危害性因素进行了系统分析,找出了聚合单元在工艺设计、设备运行、操作以及安全措施等方面存在的不足,为装置的安全运行与隐患整改提供了依据。The potential harm factors of polymerization unit in the process of polyether production were analyzed with hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP)method in the aspect of raw material and production process control.The defects of the polymerization unit in process design,operation and safety measures were pointed out,which provided the evidence for the safe operation and security rectification of the device.
