摘　　要：优良的海上医疗后送能力是构建“深蓝”卫勤的关键要素之一。基于多年海上卫勤保障实践、科研、训练及演习经验,文章系统总结现代远海海上医疗后送的特点,结合新版全军战伤救治规则,构建从单兵自救互救、舰艇救护所急救、编队救护所早期救治、医院船早期和部分专科救治到岸基医院/岛礁医院/海外保障基地医院专科救治的海上医疗后送五级救治体系,并提出未来海上医疗后送应形成包括援潜救生、核事故医学救援、落水飞行员搜救、两栖作战保障等相关体系的综合医疗后送救治网络的构想。The excellent maritime medical evacuation capability is one of the key elements in the construction of"dark blue"military medical service.Based on years of practice,scientific research,training and exercise experience in maritime health service,the authors systematically summarized the characteristics of far-sea medical evacuation.Combined with the new version of the army's rules for the treatment of war wounds,this research constructed a five-level medical evacuation system,including individual self rescue and mutual rescue,first aid of ship rescue center,early treatment of formation rescue center,early and partial specialized treatment of hospital ship,and specialized treatment of shore based hospital/island reef hospital/hospital overseas.In the future,it is proposed that the maritime medical evacuation system should form a comprehensive network including submarine rescue,nuclear accident medical rescue,underwater pilot search and rescue,amphibious combat support and other related systems,etc.
