摘　　要：基于国家医疗联合体发展战略,借鉴国内外医联体建设经验,根据体系保障部队某特战旅官兵医疗救治需求实际,运用文献研究、部队调研、专家咨询等方法,研究探索构建“军队中心医院、地方综合医院、部队卫生队医疗机构”三位一体、联合救治伤员的“三医联动保障”模式及相关理论。总结某院会同驻地地方医院和体系保障部队某特战旅卫生队进行联合保障任务工作经验,进一步探索“三医联动保障模式”的现实可行性,提高部队急危重症伤员的救治时效性,为我军进一步完善部队官兵医疗保障工作探索新思路、积累新经验。Based on the development strategy of national medical consortia,the experience of medical consortia construction at home and abroad,and the actual medical treatment needs of a special combat brigade of the system support force,this paper studied and explored the construction and related theories of“Three Medical Linkage Support”mode by linking military central hospital,local comprehensive hospital,and medical organization of military health team to provide joint treatment for the wounded by literature research,army research,and expert consultation.This paper also summarized the working experience of the hospital in joint support with local hospitals and a special combat brigade health team of system support force,explored the feasibility of the“three medical linkage support mode”,improved the timely treatment of the critically wounded in the army,and provided new ideas and experience for further improvement of the medical support of officers and soldiers in the army.
