心电图ST-T改变诊断高血压伴冠心病患者的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析心电图ST-T改变对高血压伴冠心病的诊断价值。方法选择2017年5月-2018年8月期间我院198例心电图ST-T改变并伴有胸痛症状的高血压患者,均予以18导联心电图、动态心电图(DCG)及冠脉造影(CAG)检查,结合DCG是否有动态的ST-T改变分为观察组与空白组,对比分析2组ST-T改变和CAG检查结果。结果观察组对冠心病的诊断率为71.43%,高于空白组的32.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压心电图ST-T改变可以作为早期诊断冠心病的依据之一。Objective Toanalyze the value of ST-Tchanges in electrocardiogramofpatients with hypertension in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Methods198 hypertensive patients with ST-T changes in ECG and chest pain were selected from May 2017 to August 2018.All patients were examined by 18 lead ECG,DCG and coronary angiography(CAG).The patients were divided into observation group and blank group according to whether DCG had dynamic ST-T changes.The results of ST-T changes and CAG were compared and analyzed.Results The diagnostic rate of coronary heart disease in the observation group was 71.43%,which was higher than that in the blank group 32.81%,(P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of ST-T in ECG of hypertension can be used as one of the references for early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
