摘 要:在研究PBO纤维理化性能的基础上,探讨紫外光、化学试剂对PBO纤维老化性能的影响。在20 W的365 nm紫外UVA(20μW/cm^2)、308 nmUVB不同光照强度(20、26、40μW/cm^2)辐照下,探讨PBO纤维的理化性能。通过力学性能研究PBO纤维物理性能的变化;通过红外光谱、X射线衍射(XRD)研究纤维大分子结构变化;通过研究热学性能,为PBO纤维性能提升、染整加工、复合材料制备等应用提供依据。Based on the study of physical and chemical properties of PBO fiber, the effects of UV irradiation and chemical reagenton the aging property of PBO fiber were discussed. The physical and chemical properties of PBO fiber were investigated under the UV irradiation of 20 W 365 nm ultravioletUVA(20 μW/cm^2) and 308 nm UVB with different irradiance intensity(20 μW/cm^2, 26 μW/cm^2, 40 μW/cm^2).The change of fiber physical properties were studied by mechanics performance test;the macromolecules structure changes were studied by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction(XRD);the thermal properties were studied by thermogravimetric(TG) analysis, which provided theoretical basis for performance enhancement, dyeing and finishing, composite material preparation and other applications of PBO fiber.
