无氟防水整理在化纤高密织物上的应用

摘　　要：采用无氟防水剂ECO ADV对化纤高密织物进行防水整理,优化的整理工艺为:无氟防水剂ECO ADV 50 g/L、防水增效剂XCR 10 g/L、三防整理渗透剂FN 5 g/L、焙烘温度170℃、车速40 m/min。化纤高密织物经无氟防水剂ECO ADV整理后再进行后整理加工(如涂层、贴合、复合等),色变小,防水性能稳定,且贴条强力较强,手感好,手抓白痕少。The fluorine-free waterproofing agent ECO ADV was used to treat the high-density synthetic fabric for waterprooffinishing.The optimized finishing process was as follows:fluorine-free waterproofing agent ECO ADV 50 g/L,waterproofing synergist XCR 10 g/L,three-proofing penetrant FN 5 g/L,baking temperature 170℃,speed 40 m/min.The results showed that the high-density synthetic fabric possessed small color change,stable waterproofing performance,strong sticking force,excellent hand feeling and less hand scratch marks,which was treatedby fluorine-free waterproofing agent ECO ADV before finishing process,such as coating,laminating and compounding.
