摘 要:目的研究复合型营养制剂在糖尿病中的干预效果及对患者血糖的影响。方法选取在门诊接受诊治的已确诊为2型糖尿病患者80例,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。两组患者均开展为期3个月的膳食指导,观察组在膳食指导的基础上接受糖尿病复合型营养制剂的补充。对比两组患者营养干预前及营养干预后3个月体重、体质指数(BMI)、去脂体重、腰围、血糖代谢指标空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、果糖胺(FMN)以及血脂代谢指标总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)变化。结果营养干预前两组患者体重、BMI、去脂体重、腰围、血糖代谢指标FBG、2hPBG、HbA1C、FMN、血脂代谢指标TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);营养干预后3个月两组患者体重、BMI、腰围、血糖代谢指标FBG、2hPBG、HbA1C、FMN水平、血脂代谢指标TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平均低于营养干预前,去脂体重高于营养干预前(P<0.05);营养干预后3个月观察组患者体重、BMI、腰围、血糖代谢指标FBG、2hPBG、HbA1C、FMN水平、血脂代谢指标TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平均低于对照组患者,去脂体重高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予糖尿病患者复合型营养制剂可有效控制患者体重,明显改善患者血糖代谢和血脂代谢,促进患者机体血糖紊乱的恢复。Objective To study the intervention effect of compound nutritional on diabetes mellitus and its influence on blood sugar.Methods Eighty patients who were diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)were randomly divided into control group and observation group(n=40).All patients were given with dietary guidance for 3 months.The observation group received supplementation of diabetic complex nutrition on the basis of dietary guidance.The changes of body weight,BMI,fat-free weight,waist circumference,blood glucose metabolic index,fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C),fructosamine(FMN),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)were observed before and 3 months after nutritional intervention.The results were compared.Results There was no significant difference in body weight,BMI,fat-free weight,waist circumference,blood glucose metabolic index FBG,2hPBG,HbA1C,FMN,TG,TC,HDL-C or LDL-C between the two groups before and after nutritional intervention(P>0.05).There were significant reduction in body weight,BMI,waist circumference,blood glucose metabolic index FBG,2hPBG,HbA1C,FMN level,TG,TC,HDL-C,and LDL-C three months after nutritional intervention than before nutritional intervention;while the fat-free body weight was significantly higher than that before nutritional intervention(P<0.05).The body weight,BMI,fat-free body weight,waist circumference,FBG,2hPBG,HbA1C,FMN,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group three months after nutritional intervention;while the fat-free body weight was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound nutritional preparation for diabetic patients can effectively control the weight,significantly improve blood sugar and lipid metabolism,and promote the recovery of blood sugar disorders in patients.
