摘　　要：目的分析心血管专科医院患者及医务人员药物咨询相关问题,更好地了解医务人员对用药相关知识的需求,以提供有针对性的药学服务。方法将武汉亚洲心脏病医院2016年1月-2018年6月门诊及住院部药物咨询的相关问题按咨询者身份、咨询药物种类及咨询内容等进行分类,再使用帕累托图进行分析。结果汇总医院2016-2018年医务人员及患者咨询用药的相关问题,咨询者以患者、家属及医师居多,占比分别为35.49%和34.79%;咨询用药涉及药物以循环系统药物及抗感染用药居多,占比分别为20.03%、18.75%;咨询内容包括药物用法用量、配伍禁忌和相互作用、用药注意事项、不良反应等。结论通过用药咨询,药师可以更好地积累用药咨询经验,不断提高临床用药知识水平,促进临床合理用药。Objective To better understand the medical staff’s demand for medication knowledge through the analysis of the problems related to drug consultation for patients and medical staff in cardiovascular hospital,so as to provide targeted pharmaceutical services.Methods The questions related to drug consultation in outpatient and inpatient departments of Wuhan Asia Heart Hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were classified according to the identity of the consultant,the type of drug consulted,and the content of the consultation,and then pareto diagram was used for analysis.Results From 2016 to2018,patients and their families,doctors were the majority of the consultants,accounting for 35.49%and 34.79%,respectively.The majority of the drugs involved in consultation were circulatory drugs and anti-infective drugs,accounting for20.03%and 18.75%,respectively.The consultation contents include drug usage and dosage,incompatibility and interaction,precautions for use,adverse reactions,etc.Conclusion Through medication consultation,pharmacists can better accumulate medication consultation experience,constantly improve the level of clinical medication knowledge,and promote rational clinical medication.
