数字X线摄影与X线片诊断隐匿性骨折的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析数字X线摄影与X线片诊断隐匿性骨折的应用价值。方法选取2017年5月至2018年7月我院收治的疑似隐匿性骨折患者90例作为研究对象,均行数字X线摄影与X线片检查。比较数字X线摄影与X线片对隐匿性骨折的诊断阳性率,以及对不同部位隐匿性骨折的检出率。结果数字X线摄影诊断隐匿性骨折的阳性率显著高于X线片(P<0.05);数字X线摄影对肋骨骨折、脊椎骨折、前臂骨折、肘关节骨折、胫腓骨骨折、跟骨骨折及髋关节骨折的检出率均显著高于X线片(P<0.05)。结论数字X线摄影在诊断隐匿性骨折中阳性检出率较高,能够获得质量较佳的图像,确保隐匿性骨折的诊断准确度。Objective To analyze the application value of digital radiography and X-ray film in the diagnosis of occult fracture.Methods 90 patients with suspected occult fracture from May 2017 to July 2018 in our hospital were selected as study objects,and all patients were examined by digital radiography and X-ray film.The positive rate in the diagnosis of occult fracture and the detection rates of occult fracture in different parts were compared between digital radiography and X-ray film.Results The positive rate in the diagnosis of occult fracture of digital radiography was significantly higher than that of X-ray film(P<0.05).The detection rates for rib fracture,spine fracture,forearm fracture,elbow fracture,tibiofibular fracture,calcaneus fracture and hip fracture of digital radiography was significantly higher than those of X-ray film(P<0.05).Conclusions Digital radiography has higher positive detection rate in the diagnosis of occult fracture,which can obtain better quality images and ensure the diagnostic accuracy of occult fracture.
