摘  要:目的分析慢性肾功能衰竭患者在血液透析前后血清Hcy、IL-10和IL-18检测的临床意义。方法75例慢性肾功能衰竭患者在血液透析前后应用免疫分析法及酶联法检测血清Hcy、IL-10、IL-18水平,并与75名健康人的检测结果进行比较。结果慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液透析前后的血清Hcy、IL-10和IL-18水平均显著高于健康人群(P<0.01)。Pearson相关性分析显示,血清Hcy水平与血清IL-10、IL-18水平均呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论在血液透析前后检测慢性肾功能衰竭患者的血清Hcy、IL-10以及IL-18水平,对病情认知、疗效观察和疾病预后均具有一定的临床指导意义。Objective To analyze the clinical significance of detection of serum Hcy,IL-10 and IL-18 before and after hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods The levels of serum Hcy,IL-10 and IL-18 of 75 patients with chronic renal failure before and after hemodialysis were detected by immunoassay and enzyme-linked assay,and the results were compared with 75 cases of healthy people.Results The levels of Hcy,IL-10 and IL-18 in patients with chronic renal failure before and after hemodialysis were significantly higher than those in healthy people(P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum Hcy level was positively correlated with serum IL-10 and IL-18 levels(P<0.01).Conclusions The detection of serum Hcy,IL-10 and IL-18 before and after hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure has certain clinical guidance significance for disease cognition,curative effect observation and disease prognosis.
