锁定接骨板对老年肱骨近端骨折患者疼痛程度及关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨锁定接骨板对老年肱骨近端骨折患者疼痛程度及关节功能的影响。方法112例老年肱骨近端骨折患者,根据手术方式的不同均分为两组,观察组采取锁定接骨板治疗,对照组采取传统切开复位内固定术治疗,比较两组的手术指标、疼痛评分、肩关节功能评分。结果两组的手术用时、术中出血量、住院时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的制动持续用时与骨折愈合用时均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1周的疼痛评分显著低于对照组,术后3个月的肩关节功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论锁定接骨板可有效减轻老年肱骨近端骨折患者的疼痛程度,促进肩关节功能恢复。Objective To explore the influence of locking plate on pain degree and joint function of elderly patients with proximal humeral fracture.Methods 112 cases of elderly patients with proximal humeral fracture were equally divided into two groups according to the surgical methods.The observation group was treated with locking plate,and the control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation.The surgical indicators,pain score and shoulder joint function score were compared between two groups.Results No statistical difference was found between two groups in the operation time,intraoperative blood loss amount and hospitalization time(P>0.05);The duration of continue brake and fracture healing time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).The pain score at 1 week after surgery of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the shoulder joint function score at 3 months after surgery was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Locking plate can effectively relieve the pain degree of elderly patients with proximal humeral fracture,and promote the recovery of shoulder joint function.
