人工髋关节置换术治疗高龄患者股骨颈骨折的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析人工髋关节置换术治疗高龄患者股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法选择80例高龄股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,其中行人工半髋关节置换术者42例为观察组,行人工全髋关节置换术者38例为对照组。比较两组的手术时长、术中出血量、住院时长、术后关节功能恢复优良率。结果观察组的手术时长、住院时长均显著短于对照组,术中出血量显著少于对照组,术后关节功能恢复优良率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于高龄股骨颈骨折患者,人工半髋关节置换术的手术时间短,术中出血量少,住院时间短;而全髋关节置换术手术用时相对较长,对患者的手术耐受性有较高要求。根据患者不同的手术需求,选择适宜的手术方案是十分必要的。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of artificial hip joint replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were selected as research objects.42 patients with artificial hemiarthroplasty of hip were set as observation group,and 38 patients with total hip replacement were set as control group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss amount,hospitalization time,and excellent and good rate of joint function recovery were compared between two groups.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group,the intraoperative blood loss amount was significantly less than that of control group,and the excellent and good rate of postoperative joint function recovery was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture,artificial hemiarthroplasty of hip has short operation time,less intraoperative blood loss amount and short hospitalization time,while total hip replacement has relatively long operation time and high requirements for patients’operation tolerance.It is very necessary to choose the appropriate operation plan according to the different needs of the patients.
