摘　　要：目的研究喉全切除术围术期护理中应用加速康复外科(ERAS)理念的临床效果。方法选取2017年4月至2018年5月期间于我院行喉全切除术的患者70例,将围术期开展常规护理的35例设为A组,围术期应用ERAS理念护理的35例设为B组,比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者的手术创口愈合等级无显著差异(P>0.05);B组患者的自我护理能力评分显著高于A组,术后并发症发生率显著低于A组(P<0.05)。结论ERAS理念应用于喉全切除术围术期护理可提升患者自我护理能力,减少并发症,促进术后康复。Objective To study the clinical effect of concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in perioperative nursing of total laryngectomy.Methods 70 patients with total laryngectomy in our hospital from April 2017 to May 2018 were selected.During perioperative period,35 patients with regular nursing were set as group A,and 35 patients with ERAS concept nursing were set as group B.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results After nursing,no statistical difference was found in the surgical wound healing degree between two groups(P>0.05),while the score of self-care ability of group B was significantly higher than that of group A,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusions ERAS concept applied in perioperative nursing of total laryngectomy can improve patients’self-care ability,reduce the complications and promote the postoperative recovery.
