摘　　要：文章介绍了包钢两座4150 m^3高炉粗煤气系统重力和旋风除尘器设备发生泄漏的故障过程,通过诊断和分析,提出合理的处理措施并实施,根据现场实际设备安装情况进行结构改造,实现设备稳定运行,为高炉的稳产顺产起到积极作用,可在其他高炉的相关设备维护进行借鉴。In this paper,it is introduced the fault of leakage for gravitational dust collector and cyclone dust collector in the raw gas system of two 4150 m3 blast furnaces of Baotou Steel.The reasonable treatment measures are put forward and implemented through diagnosis and analysis.The structure modification is carried out according to the actual installation of equipment on site to realize the stable operations of equipment,which plays a positive role in stable and trouble free productions of blast furnace as well as can be used for reference in the maintenance of related equipment for other blast furnaces.
