摘 要:针对低碳低硅钢的生产工艺情况,在RH处理过程中添加稀土合金,研究稀土对夹杂物的影响。研究表明,当钢中稀土含量为0.0032%~0.0041%时,与加入稀土前相比钢中大颗粒夹杂物数量减少,小颗粒夹杂物比例增加,钢中的夹杂物的形貌由球形、团簇形、条形等变为球形,夹杂物类型由氧化物变化稀土硫氧复合夹杂物和稀土氧化物。The rare earth alloys are added in RH treatment to study the effects of rare earth on inclusions based on the production process of low-carbon and low-silicon steel.The results showed that the number of large-grained inclusions decreased and the proportion of short grained inclusions increased compared with those before adding the rare earth when the content of rare earth in steel was 0.0032%~0.0041%.Moreover,the morphology of inclusions in steel was changed from spherical,cluster and strip to spherical as well as the type of inclusions was changed from oxide to rare earth sulfur-oxygen complex and rare earth oxide.
