摘　　要：TG22石油套管用热轧钢带采用中C和Nb微合金化成分,高洁净度冶炼以及合理的控轧控冷工艺生产,具有良好的综合性能,组织为细小均匀的铁素体和珠光体,晶粒度为12.0级,带状组织小于2.0级,夹杂物各级别总和小于4.0级。钢带尺寸精度高、表面质量和板型良好,制管后成品管综合性能优良,产品的性能满足J55级石油套管使用要求,实现批量销售并成功应用,产品质量获得用户好评。The TG22 hot rolled steel strip for oil casing is manufactured with the microalloying composition of medium C and Nb,the smelting with high cleanliness as well as reasonable controlled rolling and controlled cooling process.It is with good overall performances,its microstructure is fine and homogeneous ferrite and pearlite,the grain size is grade12.0,banded structure is smaller than grade 2.0 and the sum of all grades for inclusions is smaller than grade 4.0.It is with high dimensional accuracy,good surface quality and strip shape.The overall performances of products are good and could meet the operating requirements of J55 oil casing.The products are with bulk sales and successfully applied as well as their quality is well-reputed by users.
