摘  要:文章介绍了一种含稀土的低焊接裂纹敏感性Q690CF高强钢的成分设计、工艺参数及实验室试制结果。通过合理的化学成分体系,并采用合理的控轧控冷及离线调质工艺,所研发的Q690CF在强度级别上达到标准要求,强韧性匹配优良;通过降低碳当量(Ceq)及焊接裂纹敏感性指数(Pcm),达到焊接免预热的成分要求,具有广泛的市场开发前景。In this paper,the composition design,process parameters and results of trial production in laboratory for Q690 CF high strength steel with rare earth and low welding crack susceptibility are introduced.Its strength level could meet the standard requirements as well as the strength and toughness match well by adopting reasonable chemical composition system,controlled rolling and controlled cooling as well as off-line quenching and tempering process;the component requirements of welding without preheating can be met by reducing the carbon equivalent(Ceq)and welding crack susceptibility index(Pcm)so that it is with an extensive market development prospect.
