摘  要:在包钢2250 mm生产线的生产过程中,板形问题是存在的主要质量问题。轧辊是热轧机组生产中使用到的重要大型工具,轧辊辊型直接影响着轧机对板带板形的调控能力。文章针对包钢2250 mm生产线稀土钢轧制过程中,轧辊辊型进行了相应的技术研究,通过对精轧机组工作辊辊型的优化,加强了轧机对板带板形的调控能力,使轧辊可以更好的服务于生产。In the production process of 2250 mm production line in Baotou Steel,the main quality problems are the problems of strip shape.Roller is the important large tool used in the production of hot rolling unit and its roll shape directly affects the ability of rolling mill to regulate and control strip shape.In the paper,it is introduced the corresponding technical researches on roll shape of roller in the rolling process of rare earth steel with 2250 mm production line as well as the ability of rolling mill to regulate and control strip shape is enhanced through optimizing the roll shape of working roll for finishing mill group so that the roller can serve production better.
