摘  要:文章通过对包钢金属制造公司热轧产线厚规格带钢卷曲温度命中率低的问题进行研究,通过模型理论结合实际情况进行分析,分别对温度波动大、模型自学习混乱等问题制定对应措施。从稳定轧制节奏、控制出炉温度与模型控制等方面进行了优化,取得了较好的效果,为生产工艺的制定提供有效参考。In this paper,the corresponding measures to such problems as large temperature fluctuations and disorder of model self-learning are formulated respectively through researching the problem of low hit rate for coiling temperature of thick strip steel produced with the hot rolling production line of Baotou Steel Metal Manufacturing Co.and analyzing with model theory combining with the actual situations.The optimization is carried out from such aspects as stabilizing rolling pace,controlling tapping temperature and model control so that the effects are good,which could be as the effective reference for formulation of production process.
