摘　　要：目的探析异位妊娠给予甲氨蝶呤+米非司酮的治疗效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年4月期间我院收治的78例异位妊娠患者,采用隐匿数字随机法将其分为研究组(n=39)和对照组(n=39)。研究组患者选择甲氨蝶呤+米非司酮进行治疗,对照组患者仅使用甲氨蝶呤治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果及用药的安全性。结果研究组患者腹痛、阴道出血、子宫旁包块的消失时间及人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)转阴时间均早于对照组,治疗优良率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者妊娠包块大小、血β-HCG水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组上述指标均明显改善,其中研究组改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组药物不良反应发生率低于对照组,但无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤+米非司酮治疗异位妊娠效果佳、见效快、安全性高,值得临床上推荐和使用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of methotrexate+mifepristone in ectopic pregnancy.Methods Seventy-eight patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study group(n=39)and the control group(n=39).Patients in the study group were treated with methotrexate+mifepristone.The patients in the control group were treated with methotrexate alone.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results Patients in the study group had abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,disappearance time of the parauterine mass,and human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)turned negative earlier than the control group.There was no significant difference in the size of pregnancy mass and bloodβ-HCG between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indicators were significantly improved in both groups.The improvement in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of drug toxicities in the study group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Methotrexate mifepristone is effective and safe in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
