乙型肝炎肝硬化患者抗病毒治疗的预后分析

摘　　要：目的乙型肝炎肝硬化患者抗病毒治疗预后分析。方法选择2016年9月至2018年9月我院接治乙型肝炎肝硬化患者86例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对患者都实施抗病毒治疗,对所有患者的预后进行探讨。结果治疗2年后,患者的乙型肝炎病毒(HBV-DNA)为(1.00±0.03)IU/ML,丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的水平为(37.63±1.01)U/L,总胆红素(TBIL)的水平为(19.32±1.26)μmol/L,白蛋白(ALB)的水平为(36.22±2.25)g/L,与治疗前的HBV-DNA(3.66E±0.3)IU/ML,ALT水平(86.25±3.88)U/L,TBIL水平(65.69±14.12)μmol/L,ALB水平(24.33±2.98)g/L相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1年后,未出现肝癌患者,无患者死亡;治疗2年后,肝癌的发病率为6.67%(2/30),无患者死亡。结论对于乙型肝炎肝硬化患者治疗,在其接受治疗的过程中实施规范化、长期性的抗病毒治疗,才能有效改善患者的肝功能,降低患者发生肝癌的概率,提高其生存质量,降低临床病死率。Objective To analyze the prognosis of antiviral therapy for hepatitis B cirrhosis patients.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with antiviral therapy,and the prognosis of all patients was discussed.Results After 2 years of treatment,the patient's hepatitis B virus(HBV-DNA)was(1.00±0.03)IU/mL,alanine aminotransferase(ALT)level was(37.63±1.01)U/L,total bilirubin(TBIL)level was(19.32±1.26)μmol/L/L,albumin(ALB)level was(36.22±2.25)g/L,Compared with HBV-DNA(3.66E±0.3)IU/mL,ALT level(86.253.88)U/L,TBIL level(65.69±14.12)μmol/L,ALB level(24.332.98)g/L before treatment,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).After one year of treatment,there was no liver cancer patient and no patient died.After 2 years of treatment,the incidence rate of liver cancer was 6.67%(2/30),and no patient died.Conclusion For the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis patients,standardized and longterm antiviral therapy can effectively improve the liver function of patients,reduce the incidence of liver cancer,improve their quality of life and reduce clinical mortality.
