摘　　要：目的研究泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术各类并发症与其防控对策。方法纳入我院在2016年1月至2017年6月收治的30例泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术病例为A组,另选出同期在2017年7月至2018年12月我院收治的30例泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术病例为B组,A组单纯接受腰部后腹膜入路手术,B组在A组基础上接受泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术,观察比较其结果。结果B组患者在治疗后其各项手术指标都优于A组患者,进行对比具有十分显著的差异性(P<0.05);B组患者在治疗后其并发症的总发生率低于A组患者,进行对比具有十分显著的差异性(P<0.05)。结论对于泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者来说,这一手术效果十分良好且确定,但是,会被各类因素所影响,极有可能引发许多并发症,医护人员要分析并研究出相对应的防控对策,保障最后的效果,促进患者尽早得到恢复。Objective To study the various complications of laparoscopic surgery after urology and its prevention and control measures.Methods Included in our hospital in January 2016-June 2017 after 30 cases of urological surgical cases of laparoscopic surgery for group A,the other elected in the same period in July 2017-December 2018,30 cases of our hospital uropoiesis surgical department after laparoscopic surgery cases in group B,group A pure waist after peritoneal approach surgery,group B on the basis of group A after urology laparoscopic surgery,compare theresults.Results All patients in group B were better than those in group A after treatment.There was a significant difference in the comparison(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in group B was lower than that in group A after treatment.In the group of patients,there was a significant difference in comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing laparoscopic urologic surgery,the effect of this operation is very good and certain,but it will be affected by various factors,and it is very likely to cause many complications.The medical staff should analyze and study the corresponding Prevent and control countermeasures to ensure the final effect and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.
