腹腔镜卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剔除手术对卵巢储备功能及生育的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者采用腹腔镜辅助囊肿剔除术治疗对其卵巢储备功能及其生育功能的影响。方法选择我院2016年1月至2017年12月收治卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者计62例,随机分为采用常规开放式手术治疗对照组(n=31)与采用腹腔镜辅助治疗实验组(n=31),对比治疗后两组患者的E2水平以及血清FSH激素水平,并随访1年分析两组患者的成功妊娠率。结果治疗前两组患者的E2水平以及血清FSH激素水平对比无显著差异,P>0.05,治疗后实验组E2水平高于对照组,P<0.05,FSH水平低于对照组,P<0.05。实验组患者随访1年期间成功妊娠率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对子宫内膜异位囊肿患者采用腹腔镜辅助手术治疗能够改善患者卵巢储备功能,有利于提高患者的生育能力,值得在临床中广泛应用。Objective To investigate the effects of laparoscopic assisted cyst removal on ovarian reserve function and reproductive function in ovarian endometrial cyst patients.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,62 cases of ovarian endometrial cyst were admitted to our hospital,which were randomly divided into control group with conventional open surgical treatment(n=31)and experimental group with laparoscopic assisted treatment(n=31).After the treatment,the two groups of patients were compared with the E2 level and serum FSH hormone level,and the successful pregnancy rate of the two groups was analyzed for one year.Results There was no significant difference in the E2 level and serum FSH hormone level between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,the E2 level of the post-treatment experimental group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,FSH level lower than control group,P<0.05.The rate of pregnancy success was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted treatment of endometrial heterotopic cyst can improve the ovarian storage function and improve the fertility of patients,and is worthy of extensive clinical application.
