腹腔镜诊治原发卵巢妊娠12例临床分析

摘　　要：目的关于腹腔镜对原发卵巢妊娠的临床状况分析,以方便为临床干预工作提供可行的依据。方法本研究的所有研究对象均为我院收治的原发性卵巢妊娠的患者,共选择12例进行调查,对所有研究对象的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结对患者采用腹腔镜进行诊治的效果,并进行评价。结果本文的所有研究对象存在有4例带有宫内节育环,还有5例存在盆腔粘连的状况,对于所有研究对象均配合采用镜下手术,而且成功完成手术。评价不同年龄段的卵巢妊娠患者的手术状况,相互之间没有明显的差异,P>0.05。结论对于原发性卵巢妊娠的患者在进行干预的过程中,采用腹腔镜方案进行诊治能有效的提升整治效果,这种诊治方法准确及时,不会造成较大创伤,术中出血少,术后恢复较快,适合不同年龄段的患者,可在最大的程度上保证患者卵巢功能,是对原发性卵巢妊娠进行诊治的一种有效治疗方案,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical status of laparoscopy in primary ovarian pregnancy,so as to provide a feasible basis for clinical intervention.Methods All the subjects in this study were patients with primary ovarian pregnancy treated in our hospital.A total of 12 cases were selected for investigation.The clinical data of all subjects were retrospectively analyzed,and the diagnosis and treatment effect of laparoscopy was summarized and evaluated.Results There were 4 cases with intrauterine iud ring and 5 cases with pelvic adhesion in all subjects in this study.The operation status of patients with ovarian pregnancy at different ages was evaluated without significant difference,P>0.05.Conclusion In patients with primary ovarian pregnancy in the process of intervention,using laparoscopic scheme to make a diagnosis and give treatment can effectively improve regulation effect,the method of diagnosis and treatment of accurate and timely,will not cause large trauma,less intraoperative bleeding,rapid recovery,suitable for different age groups of patients,but also ensure that patients with ovarian function in the largest extent,is to make a diagnosis and give treatment of primary ovarian pregnancy is an effective treatment,is worth promoting.
