尿分析仪、尿沉渣镜检白细胞的价值

摘　　要：目的探究尿分析仪、尿沉渣镜检白细胞的临床价值。方法于2017年11月至2018年11月,抽取本院100例患者的尿液样本来进行检测,采用随机分组法分为甲乙两组,每组50例,甲组采取尿分析仪检验,乙组采用尿沉渣镜检验,观察分析两组样品中的白细胞情况,对比检验的准确性和患者对检查工作的满意度。结果甲组中检测出阴性12例,占24.0%,假阴性15例,占30.0%;乙组中检测出阴性14例,占28.0%,假阴性13例,占26.0%。两组的检测结果进行比较无明显差异(P>0.05),满意度调查中,甲组中仅有1例不满意,总满意度98.0%,乙组中9例不满意,总满意度82.0%,两组间比较的差异明显(P<0.05)。结论尿检测工作非常重要,在临床应用中应当结合尿分析仪、尿沉渣镜检来进行检验分析,综合性的检测能够得到更加准确的结果,对患者的病情分析也能更到位。Objective To explore the clinical value of urine analyzer and urine dregs mirror for white blood cell examination.Methods From November 2017 to November 2018,urine samples were taken from 100 patients in the hospital for testing.The random grouping method was used to divide into two groups,A and B,each group 50 cases.Group A took urine analyzer test.Group B uses urine sludge mirror test.The white blood cells in the two groups were observed and analyzed,and the accuracy of the test and the patient's satisfaction with the inspection were compared.Results 12 negative cases were detected in Group A,accounting for 24.0%,and 15 false negative cases,accounting for 30.0%;In Group B,14 negative cases were detected,accounting for 28.0%,and 13 false negative cases,accounting for 26.0%.There was no significant difference in the test results between the two groups(P>0.05).In the satisfaction survey,only one case in Group A was dissatisfied,the total satisfaction was 98.0%,and 9 cases in Group B were dissatisfied.82.0%,There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The urine test is very important.It should be combined with urine analyzer and urine dregs in clinical application.The comprehensive test can get more accurate results,and the patient's condition analysis can also be in place.
