血液标本质量对血凝指标检测结果的影响

摘　　要：目的关于血液标本质量对于血凝指标检验结果的影响分析。方法选择2017年6月至2019年2月来我院进行相关病症治疗并进行凝血指标检验的3000例患者作为本文的调查对象进行调查研究,对所有研究对象选择采用SYSMEX CS-5100全自动血凝分析仪检测系统进行血液标本的凝血检测,并通过统计学方法对于血液采集量对凝血指标检测结果的影响进行评价和分析。结果在本文所选择的3000例血液标本当中存在有凝血异常标本420例,占14.00%,其中有412例异常高值和8例异常低值,分别占13.73%和2.67%,对影响凝血相关指标的检验结果和相关因素进行分析可以得出,标本的采集量、标本采集部位、溶血标本、标本放置时间等相关因素都会对凝血标本检验结果产生影响,P<0.05。结论血液标本在进行采集的时候多个因素都会对凝血标本检验结果产生影响,所以在进行标本采集之前应严格的把控好各个采集的质量关,保证血液采集的合格和安全可靠性,以便最大程度上提升血液检验的质量,保证临床对患者进行病症治疗的安全性和可靠性。Objective To analyze the effect of blood specimen quality on the test results of hemagglutination index.Methods A total of 3,000 patients with coagulation parameters who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled in this study.The SYSMEX CS-5100 automated hemagglutination analysis was selected for all subjects.The instrument detection system performs blood coagulation detection of blood samples,and statistically evaluates and analyzes the influence of blood collection on the detection results of coagulation indexes.Results Among the 3000 blood samples selected in this paper,there were 420 cases of coagulation abnormalities,accounting for 14.00%,of which 412 cases were abnormally high and 8 cases were abnormally low,accounting for 13.73%and 2.67%,respectively.The test results and related factors can be analyzed,the collection of specimens,specimen collection sites,hemolysis specimens,specimen placement time and other related factors will have an impact on the results of blood coagulation specimen test,P<0.05.Conclusion When blood samples are collected,many factors will affect the test results of blood coagulation specimens.Therefore,before the specimens are collected,the quality of each collection should be strictly controlled to ensure the qualification and safety of blood collection.To the extent that the quality of the blood test is improved,and the safety and reliability of the clinical treatment of the patient's condition are ensured.
