HBsAg/TP抗体联合检测试剂(胶体金法)用于街头无偿献血筛查的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的通过对HBsAg/TP抗体联合检测试剂(胶体金法)用于街头无偿献血筛查前后TP抗体ELISA检测不合格情况的比较,说明HBsAg/TP抗体联合检测试剂(胶体金法)用于街头无偿献血筛查是可行的、必要的。方法溧阳血站街头各个采血点于2018年2月10日起对无偿献血的筛查由HBsAg检测试剂(胶体金法),改为HBsAg/TP抗体联合检测试剂(胶体金法),其他筛查项目不变。结果HBsAg/TP抗体联合检测试剂(胶体金法)用于街头无偿献血筛查前TP抗体ELISA检测不合格率为0.82%;HBsAg/TP抗体联合检测试剂(胶体金法)用于无偿献血筛查后TP抗体ELISA检测不合格率为0.22%,二者差异有统计学意义。(χ^2=4.77,P<0.05)。而同期站内仅使用HBsA检测试剂(胶体金法)进行无偿献血筛查,2017年同期站内TP抗体ELISA检测不合格率为0.41%,2018年同期站内TP抗体ELISA检测不合格率为0.46%。结论HBsAg/TP抗体联合检测试剂(胶体金法)用于街头无偿献血筛查具有一定的社会和经济效益。Objective To compare the unqualified TP antibody ELISA by HBsAg/TP antibody combined detection reagent(colloidal gold method)before and after blood donation screening in the street,indicating the combination of HBsAg/TP antibody detection reagent(colloidal gold method)Screening for blood donation on the streets is feasible and necessary.Methods The blood collection points on the streets of Liyang Blood Station were screened for unpaid blood donation from February 10,2018.HBsAg detection reagent(colloidal gold method)was changed to HBsAg/TP antibody combined detection reagent(colloidal gold method),other screening The project remains unchanged.Results HBsAg/TP antibody combined detection reagent(colloidal gold method)was used for TP antibody ELISA detection failure rate of 0.82%before street blood donation screening;HBsAg/TP antibody combined detection reagent(colloidal gold method)was used for unpaid blood donation screening The TP antibody ELISA test failure rate was 0.22%,and the difference was statistically significant.(χ^2=4.77,P<0.05).In the same period,only HBsA detection reagent(colloidal gold method)was used for unpaid blood donation screening.In the same period of 2017,the TP antibody ELISA detection failure rate was 0.41%.In the same period of 2018,the TP antibody ELISA detection failure rate was 0.46%.Conclusion HBsAg/TP antibody combined detection reagent(colloidal gold method)has certain social and economic benefits for street blood donation screening.
