药物过度性头痛患者应用都梁软胶囊联合加巴喷丁治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨都梁软胶囊联合加巴喷丁在治疗药物过度性头痛患者中的应用效果。方法2018年1月至2019年5月就诊于承德医学院附属医院的40例药物过度性头痛患者作为研究对象。按照入院编号单双数法分为治疗组20例,对照组20例,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,治疗组患者头痛VAS评分减轻53.4%,对照组头痛VAS评分减轻22%。治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论都梁软胶囊联合加巴喷丁治疗药物过度性头痛患者中的应用效果突出,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the effect of duliang soft capsule combined with gabapentin in the treatment of patients with meadication overuse headache.Methods 40 patients with meadication overuse headache who were admitted to the affiliated hospital of chengde medical college from January 2018 to May 2019 were studied.According to the admission number,20 Subjects were divided into the treatment group and the control group,and the treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the VAS score of headache in the treatment group decreased by 53.4%,and that in the control group decreased by 22%.The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Duliang soft capsule combined with gabapentin is effective in the treatment of patients with excessive headache.
