牙体牙髓病患者心理特征及针对性护理干预的实施措施分析

摘　　要：目的探讨牙体牙髓病患者表现出的心理特征,并且观察给予针对性护理干预后获得的临床效果。方法选择我院2017年3月至2019年1月收治的240例牙体牙髓病患者作为实验对象;数字奇偶法分组后探究每组护理干预对策;对照组(120例):应用传统护理对策完成对应护理;观察组(120例):应用传统护理对策+针对性护理干预对策完成对应护理;对比护理结果。结果观察组牙体牙髓病患者护理总有效率(98.33%)高于对照组(84.17%)明显;观察组牙体牙髓病患者紧张害怕(12.50%)、求胜心切(10.83%)、自卑胆怯(10.00%)、忧虑(9.17%)以及对专家过分依赖(10.83%)所占比例均明显低于对照组;护理后,观察组牙体牙髓病患者心理情绪评分均低于对照组明显;观察组牙体牙髓病患者WHOQOL-BREF评分均高于对照组明显。结论临床就牙体牙髓病患者的心理特征进行分析,得出针对性护理干预的有效实施,对于护理有效率提升、心理特征改善均发挥显著作用,值得应用。Objective To investigate the psychological characteristics of patients with dental pulp disease and to observe the clinical effects obtained after targeted nursing intervention.Methods A total of 240 patients with dental pulp disease admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to January 2019 were selected as subjects.The digital parity method was used to investigate each group of nursing interventions.The control group(120 cases):applied traditional nursing The countermeasures completed the corresponding nursing;the observation group(120 cases):applied the traditional nursing countermeasures+targeted nursing intervention to complete the corresponding nursing;compare the nursing results.Results The total effective rate of the patients with dental pulp disease in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(84.17%).The patients in the observation group were nervous(12.50%),eager to win(10.83%),and low self-esteem.The proportions of timidity(10.00%),anxiety(9.17%)and over-reliance on experts(10.83%)were significantly lower than those in the control group.After nursing,the psychological emotion scores of patients with dental pulp disease in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The WHOQOL-BREF scores of the patients with dental pulp disease were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion The clinical analysis of the psychological characteristics of patients with dental pulp disease is carried out.It is concluded that the effective implementation of targeted nursing intervention plays an important role in improving the efficiency of nursing and improving the psychological characteristics.It is worth applying.
