重症肝病患者心理护理干预的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析重症肝病患者心理护理干预效果。方法选定2018年1月至2019年2月本院收治的重症肝病患者76例,对患者进行随机编号,利用抽签法进行分组,对照组(38例,常规护理干预)、试验组(38例,对照组基础上开展心理护理干预),比较护理效果、心理健康状态和并发症率。结果试验组护理总有效率为94.74%,与对照组76.32%相比较高,试验组并发症率为2.63%,与对照组15.79%相比较低,P<0.05;两组护理前SCL-90评分组间比较差异较小,护理干预后两组较护理前评分降低,P<0.05;护理后组间比较试验组评分更低,P<0.05。结论在重症肝病患者护理中,心理护理干预能够改善患者心理状态,促进疾病恢复,并降低并发症率,保证患者预后安全,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with severe liver disease.Methods Sixty-six patients with severe liver disease admitted to our hospital from January 20 to February 2019 were enrolled.The patients were randomly numbered and grouped by lottery.The control group(38 patients,routine nursing intervention)and the experimental group(38)For example,the psychological control intervention was carried out on the basis of the control group,and the nursing effect,mental health status and complication rate were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.74%,which was higher than that of the control group of 76.32%.The complication rate of the experimental group was 2.63%,which was lower than that of the control group 15.79%,P<0.05.The two groups of pre-treatment SCL-90 The difference between the score groups was small.After the nursing intervention,the scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,P<0.05.The scores of the comparison group between the groups after treatment were lower,P<0.05.Conclusion In the nursing of patients with severe liver disease,psychological nursing intervention can improve the patient's psychological state,promote disease recovery,reduce the complication rate,and ensure the patient's prognosis is safe.
