摘　　要：采用拉伸试验对304不锈钢管板进行结构强度测试,同时使用扫描电镜方法探析了钎焊接头的内部结构以及力学特征。通过有限元分析软件ANSYS分析了真空钎焊接头的残余应力及应力分布情况。研究后发现,管板连接处往往会出现应力集中现象,通过有限元分析可以得到管板连接处残余应力的分布规律。The structural strength of 304 stainless steel tube sheet was tested by tensile test,and the internal structure and mechanical characteristics of the brazed joint were analyzed by SEM.The residual stress and stress distribution of vacuum brazed joint were analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYS.After research,it was found that stress concentration often occured at the joint of tube and sheet,and the distribution rule of residual stress at the joint could be obtained by finite element analysis.
