浅谈如何做好水利工程竣工审计

摘　　要：随着国家经济建设的高速发展,我们对人民的水利基础建设的要求和水利工程环境的整改越来越迫切需求。作为从事了23年之久的水利人来说加强对水利工程竣工审计,对管理好水利建设、提高相关的资料控管起着重要的作用。特别是在中国梦的前体下,我们对资金的管控,相关预算都非常有必要。对于水利工程竣工审计在当下来说意义重大,因为他波及面广、政策性强、技术性高等特点,故此作为水利工程建设的审计来说必须实行严打严抓,精细管控,从弱做强,明确审计重难点,要有针对性,以此来确保审计的时效性,从而达到管控好质量,对水利建设工程起到实质性作用。with the rapid development of national economic construction,we have more and more urgent needs for the people's water conservancy infrastructure construction and the rectification of water conservancy engineering environment.As a man who has been engaged in water conservancy for 23 years,strengthening the audit of water conservancy project completion plays an important role in the management of water conservancy construction and the improvement of relevant data control.Especially in the precursors of the Chinese dream,we have to control the capital,related to the budget is very necessary.Is of great significance for water conservancy project completion of audit in the present,and because he followed the policy of strong,high technical features,so as the water conservancy project construction must be carried out on strike hard and strict on audit,fine control,from the weak and strong,clear audit difficult point,should be targeted,in order to ensure the efficiency of the audit,so as to achieve good quality control,construction of water conservancy engineering have substantial effect.
