布地奈德与醋酸曲安奈德治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的:分析比较布地奈德与醋酸曲安奈德治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔癣(E O L P)的临床效果。方法:选取我院于2017-2018年收治的70例EOLP患者,病变均发生在颊黏膜,随机分为A组(布地奈德组)与B组(醋酸曲安奈德组),对比两组疗效。结果:治疗后A组糜烂面积减少程度优于B组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。A组采用局部喷雾给药,B组采用局部注射给药,A组患者对给药接受程度显著高于B组患者(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德应用于糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者的治疗,具有效果好、无痛等特点,患者接受度高,值得临床应用。Objective To compare the clinical effect of budesonide and triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus.Methods70 cases of EOLP in our hospital from 2017 to 2018 were randomly selected.The erosive lesions all occurred in buccal mucosa.They were randomly divided into group A(budesonide group)and group B(triamcinolone acetonide group).The curative effect of the two groups was compared.Resultsthere was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,group A had better erosion area,treatment efficiency and treatment acceptance than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide is highly effective and painless in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus.It is worthy for clinical application.
