摘　　要：总结新冠肺炎疫情期间三级综合医院应急改造新冠肺炎救治定点医院的组织与管理经验,从建立战时组织构架,合理设置救治分区,组建应急医疗队,加强院内感染管理,有效利用应急物资,建立数据动态管理机制,解决区域内慢病患者医疗需求等方面进行阐述,以期为相关医院在应对新冠肺炎疫情等公共卫生事件方面提供参考。This artical summarizes the organization and management experience of emergency reconstruction from the tertiary general hospital to the designated hospital for Corona Virus Disease 2019 from several aspects: the establishment of a wartime organization structure,the rational setting of treatment districts,the establishment of energency medical teams,the strengthening of hospital infection management,the effctive use of emergency materials,the establishment of data dynamic management mechanism and the satisfaction of medical needs from chronically ill patients which aiming to provide a reference for relevant hospitals in responding to public health events such as the epidemic of Corona Virus Disease 2019.
