品管圈在提高移植科住院患者呼吸功能锻炼达标率的应用

摘　　要：目的通过品管圈活动提高移植科住院患者呼吸功能锻炼达标率,持续改善管理和服务水平。方法建立品管圈活动小组,运用头脑风暴法选定主题,在甘特图上列出活动计划时间内容,制定调查表,运用查检表收集数据,制作柏拉图,通过鱼骨图查找真因,拟定计划实施,依据PDCA循环对策拟定评分,确定实施效果。结果实施品管圈活动后,移植科住院患者呼吸功能锻炼达标率由改善前的44%上升至83%,目标达标率为111%。结论采用品管圈对移植科住院患者呼吸功能锻炼达标率进行改善,调动了住院患者对呼吸功能锻炼的积极性,同时提高了患者对护士健康宣教的满意度。Objective To improve the qualification rate of the respiratory function exercises of transplanted inpatients through quality control circle( QCC) activity,and continuously improve the management and service level. Methods Set up QCC activity groups,select the topics by brainstorming,list the activity plan on the gantt chart,design questionnaire,collect data with checklist,make Pareto Chart,find the true cause through the fishbone diagram,draw up the plan,and draw up the score according to the PDCA cycle countermeasure,and determine the implementation effect. Results After the implementation of QCC activities,the qualification rate of respiratory function exercises for transplanted inpatients was increased from 44% to 83%,and the target rate was 111%. Conclusion QCC is used to improve the qualification rate of respiratory function exercises in transplanted inpatients,mobilize the enthusiasm of the inpatients for the exercise of respiratory function and improve patients’ satisfaction with health guidance provided by the nurses.
