摘　　要：阐述了科室文化建设及党支部党建引领科室文化的意义,并结合肾内科党支部的特点,探索党支部充分发挥政治思想引导、组织协调、服务指导的主导作用,在科室文化建设方面进行积极思考、锐意创新、持续改进的举措与实践成效。The paper aims to explore the significant role of party branch in the cultural construction of hospital departments. Given the characteristics of nephrology,it explores the leading role of nephrology party branch in guiding political ideology,organizing coordination and service guidance,and discusses the measures and achievements in active thinking,innovation and continuous improvement in the cultural construction of hospital departments.
