产时应用生育舞蹈的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究产妇应用生育舞蹈对于围产期效果的影响分析。方法2018年09月至2019年1月期间,将84例产妇采用随机分组均分成试验组(生育舞蹈课程)和对照组(常规的孕期保健)两组。比较两组产妇焦虑及抑郁评分的统计学差异,比较两组产妇分娩方式以及结局、产程持续时间、产妇及家属满意度的统计学差异。结果试验组产妇自然分娩率(83. 33%)显著高于对照组产妇(52. 38%),试验组产妇剖宫产(16. 67%)、胎吸助产率(0. 00%)显著低于对照组产妇(35. 72%)(11. 90%)(P <0. 05);试验组产妇第一产程(367. 14±19. 87)、第二产程(32. 23±2. 19)显著低于对照组产妇(462. 30±31. 22)(36. 71±3. 56)(P <0. 05);干预后比较,试验组产妇HAMD评分、HAMA评分显著低于对照组产妇(P <0. 05);两组产妇及家属满意度比较,试验组满意人数显著高于对照组产妇(Z=13. 832,P=0. 001)。结论围产期应用生育舞蹈能提高产妇的自然分娩率,减少剖宫产和胎吸助产率,缩短产程时间,降低了危险事件发生的风险,缓解产妇的不良情绪,提高了产妇及其家属的满意度。Objective To study the effect of application of birth dance in delivery.Methods Between September 2018 and January 2019,84 pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups:an experimental group(birth dance course)and a control group(routine pregnancy care).The scores of anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups,and the way and outcome of delivery,the duration of labor,the satisfaction of puerpera and their families were compared.Results The natural delivery rate in the experimental group(83.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(52.38%),and the cesarean section rate in the experimental group(16.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(35.72%),and the rate of abortion and midwifery(0.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(11.90%)(P<0.05).The first stage of labor(367.14±19.87)and the second stage of delivery(32.23±2.19)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(462.30±31.22)(36.71±3.56)(P<0.05).After intervention,the HAMD score and HAMA score in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction level of the puerperae and their family in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The birth dance can increase the rate of spontaneous delivery,reduce the rate of cesarean section and abortion,shorten the duration of labor and reduce the risk of dangerous events,alleviate the bad mood of the puerperae,improve the satisfaction level of the puerperae and their family.
