摘 要:通过对锰矿粉冷压复合球团制备工艺进行了探索性试验研究,确定了锰矿粉冷压复合球团的成球性。研究得出最佳锰矿粉复合球团成型压力为40 MPa;采用混合型黏结剂B可以极大提高干球的抗压强度,改善球团性能;锰矿粉冷压复合球团适宜的造球含水量应控制在3%~5%;采用冷压球团法在最佳的工艺条件下无烟煤最大配加量为20%。与各条件试验强度指标相对比,在最佳工艺条件下各项指标均有显著提高,完全能够满足工业生产要求。In this paper, the preparation technology of manganese ore powder cold pressing composite pellets was studied, and the pelletizing property of manganese ore powder cold pressed composite pellets was determined by exploratory experimental study. The results show that the optimum molding pressure of manganese ore powder composite pellets is 40 MPa, the compressive strength of dry pellets can be greatly improved and the properties of pellets can be greatly improved by using mixed binder B, and the suitable pelletizing water content of manganese ore powder cold compacted composite pellets should be controlled at 3%~5%. The maximum anthracite can be mixed with 20% anthracite under the optimum technological conditions by cold pressing ball method. Compared with the strength index of each condition test, all the indexes are significantly improved under the optimum technological conditions, which can fully meet the requirements of industrial production.
