摘  要:通过分析钢厂滚道输送线用调心滚子轴承工况,提出了高温重载差曲率专用轴承,解决了钢厂输送线用高温轴承寿命难题,并对差曲率的定义、原理和制造方法给出了明确的论述,使之更具有可操作性。该轴承具有耐高温性能强、承载能力大、磨损速度慢、摩擦系数小、抗震能力大以及寿命长的特点。Based on the analysis of the working condition of the self-aligning roller bearing used in the raceway conveying line of the steel plant,this paper puts forward the special bearing with high temperature and heavy load differential curvature,solves the problem of the service life of the high temperature bearing used in the conveying line of the steel plant,and gives a clear discussion on the definition,principle and manufacturing method of the differential curvature,so as to make it more operable.The bearing has the characteristics of high temperature resistance,large bearing capacity,slow wear rate,small friction coefficient,large seismic resistance and long service life.
