摘　　要：苯乙烯生产装置流程中的脱氢反应系统中,关键设备为径向脱氢反应器。该设备在国内首次采用低水比节能型负压脱氢的工艺,内部为双曲形锥形导流器结构。为了优化集流和分流流道设计,内、外筒之间分别覆盖了翰逊网/八字孔板。制造过程中,通过对材料采购、焊接、制造、水压试验等方面的全面控制,使该设备在用户单位的苯乙烯生产装置中比同规模生产能力一般反应器技术相比增加10%。Styrene production plant in the process of dehydrogenation reaction system,The key equipment for the radial dehydrogenation reactor.The device for the first time in domestic energy-saving negative pressure using low water ratio dehydrogenation process,Internal for the curvy conical diverter structure,In order to optimize the collector and shunt flow design,Between inner and outer cylinder respectively covered the si web/Johnson eight orifice.In the process of manufacturing,Through to the material purchasing,welding,manufacturing,and the comprehensive control of water pressure test,Make the equipment in the user units of production facility of styrene than increased 10%compared with scale production ability general reactor technology.
