摘　　要：根据《机械制造基础》课程中金属切削刀具基础章节的刀具的几何参数知识点的教学实践,在教学中加入让学生绘制外圆车刀三维模型图和动手刻制外圆车刀模型的内容,使学生能够更好地理解外圆车刀的几个刀面和角度,寻找到一种从单调、抽象的内容中有效掌握知识难点的方法。According to the teaching practice concerning cutting tools’geometric parameters in the chapter of metal cutting tools of“Foundation of Mechanical Manufacturing”course,this paper tries to add contents of drawing three-dimensional models of billmpse tools and making models of billmpse tools by hand in the teaching,so that students can better understand several cutting surfaces and angles of the billmpse tools.It will be an effective method to focus on priorities in the monotonous and abstract knowledge.
